O & N got married at the Notley Tythe Barn on the 28th March 2028. They had an absolutely fantastic day, full of colour, bubbles, farm animals and a slight disco! The energy was high and everyone was in full party mode which created the most amazing, joyful atmosphere throughout the day.

What Made The Notley Tythe Barn Special?

  • The magnificent driveway that leads up to the barn, framed by gorgeously long bushy trees.

  • The farm animals that surround the area, sheep were the most popular guests.

  • The inside of the barn has a rustic feel, the building itself seems to have a lot of history behind it.

  • The whole barn is spacious, with a seperate area for the dance floor, reception and ceremony. There are no table turnarounds in this venue!

What Did O & N Do To Make Their Day Unique?

  • N's stunning rainbow bouquet with rainbow ribbons

  • Most powerful handheld bubble machines I've ever seen which made their ceremony exit and bubble 'confetti' moment absolutely elite.

  • This pair were tea and book lovers, so they made sure to work their DIY wedding decor around that theme, (they smashed it, see photos below).

  • Designated table captains to bring the vibes, keep everyone on the table in check and to get everyone up for the table dash.

  • Their own DIY silent disco as opposed to having a DJ. It was genuinely such a vibe to see everyone dancing to 3 different channels.

  • Their cake topper was mini figures of O & N, they were so cute!

  • Silver service singers - big shoutout to these guys, what a surprise it was for everyone.

Planning A Wedding At The Notley Tythe Barn?

  • Plenty of Parking: Yes, huge carpark right outside the barn

  • Accommodation: No accomodation directly on site, but they have recommended places on their website.

  • Outdoor Ceremony Option: Yes, I believe they use the green out the front of the barn as a ceremony space.

  • Staff Service Rating: 9/10

  • Best Place For Confetti Moment: Outside the front of the barn, down the driveway

  • Favourite Spot For Couple Photos: The beautiful driveway

Please note: These opinions are all my own, so for more accurate details please refer to the Notley Tythe Barn website for more information.
